Action d'envoi vers FAST PARAPHEUR

Today : login Courrier premier signataire --> id circuit FAST
-> Réenvoyé pour chaque position signataire

Demain :

Composer un circuit à la volée (API FAST) -> possible de créer un circuit ID à la volée ?
chargement circuit par défaut : check présence FAST d'un membre du circuit (warning) sur correspondance adresse de courriel
