Dans une configuration multi-instances, le batch des notifications en erreur bloque l’exécution des autres.

Notification de bannette : cas de figure ou les courriels ne sont jamais envoyés (60 sec de temporisation en cas d'erreur, si erreur persiste, pas de relance)
