Description

La demande est de pouvoir synchroniser les courriers entre les applications Maarch Courrier et Localeo.

Un travail de spécification technique a déjà été établi entre Damien et Nicolas.

A faire impérativement en août, nous avons une commande pour ce sujet.

La création d'un courrier arrivé chez nous doit appeler un webservice de création de courrier chez eux.
La création d'une pièce jointe sur un courrier lié doit appelé la création d'un courrier chez eux (en passant le res_id_parent).
Une action (de clôture) sur le courrier chez nous doit mettre à jour le statut de leur courrier.
