A tester si la demande d'avis en WF de visa fonctionne.
(Demander un avis en bannette parapheur)

Testé fonctionnellement ?

20.03 : Il est possible de paramétrer l'action d'envoi pour avis dans le parapheur. (liste / page)

Nécessite l'adaptation du workflow pour bannette "avis en attente" et action de remise en parapheur.
