En tant qu’utilisateur,
lorsque je me connecte à l’application,
je souhaite afficher un raccourci sur Actions du panneau d'administration sur ma page d'accueil

Couleur de la charte
Icone de l'action concernée
Action : ouverture du bloc concerné dans l'administration
La tuile est composée d'une icône / image, d'un libellé, et le cas échéant d'un nombre de documents.
Elles est paramétrable suivant son type, en vue Synthèse, liste ou graphique.
Lié au profil de l'utilisateur
Repositionnable par glisser / déposer
Possibilité de modifier (vue) et de la supprimer
