Description

Bonjour,
Pourriez-vous analyser la faisabilité d'interfacer les services de La Poste qui fournissent une fiche de synthèse des courriers recommandés reçus par le Département (pour chaque livraison) ?

L'objectif étant d'optimiser la collecte des informations liées aux courriers recommandés (n° du courrier, expéditeur, date de réception, ...).

La volumétrie passera en 2020 à une cinquantaine de courriers recommandés réceptionnés quotidiennement part le Bureau du courrier, et qui occuperaient 1/2 ETP par jour pour ces tâches d'intégration dans Maarch Courrier.
