Bonjour,
Le test d'envoi par mail ne fonctionne pas sur notre nouvelle version 19.04, le message "Erreur lors de l'envoi" s'affiche dans le statut du mail.

modification dans le code : src/app/email/controllers/EmailController.php
$phpmailer->SMTPAutoTLS = false;
Test avec Madame Sevindi et résultat ok réception des mails
