[Parapheur externe] Double signature et plus, Comment déclencher la signature n+1 ?

Description

Actuellement quand on est en circuit visa avec n signataires et en connexion avec un parapheur externe, c'est le signataire n+1 qui doit se connecter à Maarch Courrier pour renvoyer le document dans le parapheur externe afin qu'il puisse le signer.

Voir comment améliorer la cinématique pour que le document passe de signataire en signataire directement dans le parapheur externe.

idée : ajouter dans Maarch Parapheur la définition de circuits de signatures.
